By accessing or using the PDFik.net API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate PDFs containing illegal, abusive, or explicitly restricted content.
• Attempt to bypass SSRF protections or access internal network infrastructure.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

3. Quotas and Rate Limits

The Service is subject to rate limits and monthly quotas based on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that exceed these limits. Fair usage policies apply to all plans.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PDFik.net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
